This event is held each year by Hickory Nut Gorge Outreach. Donors can drop off canned or dry soup for the "Souper Bowl Sunday" event, all of which goes to the Food For Kids Program. If you are unable to drop of soup, Outreach will accept monetary donations and purchase the soup on behalf of donors.
The Hickory Nut Gorge Arts and Crafts Festival has been a local tradition since the 1980’s. The festival is put on by the HNG Outreach Program twice a year in May and October. Be sure to check their Calendar of Events for dates as future festivals are on hold due to the ongoing cleanup and recovery efforts of Hurricane Helene.
