 The Greenville Little Theatre is delighted to announce that "Always...Patsy Cline" by Ted Swindley is the theatre�s opening production of the 2008/09 Season. The hit musical is based on the story of Patsy Cline�s friendship with Houston housewife, Louise Seger. It is running through September 28. It is directed by GLT's Associate Director, Reed Halvorson, and stars Diane Kelly-Mitchell as Patsy and Beth Munson as Louise. Musical Director Charlie Miller is joined by a great 5 piece band that brings this fantastic musical to the GLT stage.
"Always...Patsy Cline" was first produced at GLT in 1990. The play had a very successful run Off-Broadway in 1997 and has continued to be one of the most popular and often produced shows throughout America and has also enjoyed international success in Australia, the United Kingdom, and Ireland. Tickets prices are $25 with discounts available for seniors, children, and groups of ten or more. Show dates are Sept. 12-13, 18-20, 25-27 at 8 pm. and Sept. 14, 21, & 28 at 3 pm.
