Prisma Health is currently offering drive-through COVID-19 testing for patients with orders from their Prisma Health provider or from a Prisma Health Virtual Visit provider. To reiterate, the drive-through testing site is only for patients who have been screened by a doctor or virtual provider and have an electronic prescription.

- Patients must have a provider order for the COVID-19 test and official personal identification.
- If you have completed a Virtual Visit, please wait for a confirmation before driving to a testing site. Confirmation will come through a phone call or MyChart message.
- There will be signage to help direct patients.
- The site is not designed for general public. Primsa Health is not able to provide testing to community members without a provider order at this site.
Upon arrival at the drive-through location, patients will remain in their car as a sample is collected. The results from samples collected from this location will be sent to the provider or SC DHEC. Care providers will provide results to the patient.
Greenville hours and location
The Greenville testing site will operate 9 am to 6 pm, Mondays through Fridays. The site is located on Prisma Health Greenville Memorial Medical Campus on the lower level of the South Parking Deck. The campus is located at 701 Grove Road, Greenville, SC 29605, and can be reached by phone at 864-455-7000.
