The following routes are best if traveling to Greenville by car:
- From Asheville/Hendersonville: Take Hwy 25S (Exit 54 on I-26) to Greenville.
- From Spartanburg: Take I-85S towards Greenville/Atlanta. Take I-385 into Greenville.
- From Columbia: Take I-26W to I-385 to Greenville.

- Greenville-Spartanburg International Airport (GSP) is located in Upstate South Carolina, midway between the cities of Greenville and Spartanburg on I-85 (Exit 57). GSP has grown into one of the finest airports in the country, steadily meeting the Upstate’s ever-increasing needs. 864-877-7426.
- Greenville Downtown Airport (GMU) is the busiest general aviation airport in South Carolina with more than 80,000 take-offs and landings each year and more than 235 locally based aircraft. - Spartanburg Downtown Memorial Airport (SPA) is located in the southwest section of the city off of Ammons Road. The airport serves over 100 local aircraft, as well as corporate jets representing many of Spartanburg’s largest companies. 864-574-8552.
